DRAGON LAIR BULLIES PUPPY AGREEMENT:
This is an agreement between Dragons Lair (seller) and _________________________ (buyer)
This Agreement is entered on this the ___________ day of __________, 2009 Pertaining to the purchase of an Olde English Bulldogge Puppy.

The Buyer Agrees to:
Use “Dragon’s” as a prefix in the registered name of the dog.
The buyer agrees to maintain up to date Vaccines and wormings.
Buyer agrees said puppy is to be spayed/neutered by six months of age, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both the seller and the buyer.
Buyer understands that pup is sold on a non breeder contract unless other arrangements are made by seller. Other arrangements will be made in writing and attached.
Buyer agrees that the dog should in no way be “guard” trained
The buyer agrees that if for any reason they can no longer keep the dog, the dog is to be returned to the seller.
Dragon’s Lair Bullies Puppy is guaranteed as follows:
That the puppy is in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after time of delivery to the buyer
The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time for a complete physical exam or all guarantees are void
This guarantee does not include hernia's, injuries, Fleas, Mites, Coccidia, Giardia or any other intestinal worms/parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies.
Breeder will not be responsible Parvo, Distemper, Kennel cough or Corona virus after 24 hours of this sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder.
Breeder is not responsible for temperament issues, these can be caused by lack of training, discipline or dog socialization. With proper training and care, we have every reason to believe that our puppies will grow to have the same even temperament exhibited by their parents.
We also do not guarantee the projected size or color, nor that the buyer will be able to breed or show this animal.
The seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian opinion. Any condition that is easily treatable will not be covered.
No money will be refunded for any reason!
No Vet bills will be paid by seller.
The seller agrees the puppy will be free from any genetic/hereditary defects that cause death or serious impairment of the vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year of age.
Any condition that is easily treatable will not be covered.
If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Vererinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of equal quality, when available after the first puppy is returned to the seller.
Puppy will have received Vaccinations depending on age.
No replacement will be given in case of viral or bacterial colds or infections.
By Signing this agreement, you agree to all of the above.
